Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead messaging and positioning for our Observability products. You will work with product managers and marketing to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy and sellers sell our value.

In this role you’ll teach product managers how to think about growth, codify marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools, and drive go-to-market initiatives across a global, remote-first team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management.
• Experience marketing to a technical audience.
• Passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end.
• Ability to articulate value of technical products to customers and sellers.

Responsibilities

• Define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy with PMs and GTM teams.
• Create materials to help customers evaluate and adopt products: reference architectures, guides, and docs.
• Own customer lifecycle campaigns (retention, upsell) across the journey.
• Conduct market and customer research on pain points and competitors.
• Teach go-to-market and sales teams to communicate product value and provide enablement.
