Job summary

Mace in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple fast-paced property investments programmes for major FMCG retail clients. You will deliver fit-outs, refurbishments and relocations as part of our consultancy practice, with responsibility for several projects ranging £100k–£20m.

The role involves UK-wide or European travel and requires leadership of design and consultant teams, budgets and KPIs, with a focus on H&S and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrated.
• Experience delivering projects and programmes in the retail sector.
• Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
• Commercial and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Applying technical H&S expertise and promote an inclusive culture.
• Delivering project plans from inception to construction.
• Managing tasks and deliverables supporting senior leaders.
• Overseeing budgets, risks and long-term functional development.
• Managing design and consultant teams collaboratively.
