Job summary

Mace is recruiting a Project Manager to deliver multiple fast-paced property investments programmes for major FMCG retail clients across the UK. The role sits in our Consultancy private sector, with exposure to fit-out, relocation projects and the opportunity to broaden experience.

You will manage projects valued from 40k to 20m, based near your home location, with travel as needed. Key duties include developing plans from inception to construction, coordinating design teams, managing budgets

Qualifications

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional development.
• Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the FMCG retail sector.
• Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
• Commercial and financial acumen.

The project: Due to our continued growth, we require a project manager who will be responsible for the delivery of multiple fast-paced property investments programmes for major FMCG retail clients. This role sits in our consultancy business, specifically the commercial private sector so the successful candidate will have the opportunity to broaden their experience beyond retail in the delivery of fit-out and relocation projects for major corporate clients. You will join our team of UK wide Project Managers, delivering several different investment types including new store fit outs, extensions, refurbishments, planned asset renewals and initiative roll outs. As Project Manager, you will have responsibility for the delivery of several projects, ranging in value from 40k - 20m each. Reporting into the Mace account/programme lead. The successful candidate will manage projects within a geographic area, ideally centred to your home location, therefore having a valid driving licence and willingness to travel is essential.
