Mace seeks a Project Manager to deliver multiple fast-paced property investment programmes for major FMCG retail clients within our consultancy business. You will manage fit-outs, extensions, refurbishments and relocations, across a UK wide portfolio, with travel as needed and a driving licence essential.

Reporting into the account/programme lead, you will work to achieve KPIs, lead cross‑functional teams and drive best practice across programmes, while evolving your experience beyond retail in

Qualifications

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the FMCG retail sector.
• Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
• Commercial and financial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Applying technical H&S expertise and promote an inclusive culture.
• Delivering project plans from inception to construction.
• Managing tasks and deliverables supporting senior leaders.
