Job summary

Tesco PLC’s Infrastructure Cloud Platform Product Teams are building the foundations powering Tesco Technology. You will lead the Public Cloud Platform used by hundreds of teams, shaping product strategy and driving delivery with cross-functional peers.

You will own the vision, partner with senior stakeholders, and write user stories with acceptance criteria. You’ll oversee sprint planning and measure success with OKRs in a large retail tech setting.

Qualifications

Proven experience in product management lifecycle and delivery approaches.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership.
Understanding of infrastructure, platforms, and developer experience.

Responsibilities

Champion the developer experience for your portfolio and advocate for user needs.
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Tesco’s goals.
Define user personas and pain points to deliver real value.
Write user stories with acceptance criteria and break down initiatives for delivery.
Lead sprint and release planning with engineering to maximise value.
Provide leadership to cross-functional teams on near-term priorities.
Act as subject matter expert for your product area.
