Job summary

Tesco PLC’s Infrastructure Cloud Platform Product Teams are building the foundations powering Tesco Technology. You will lead the Public Cloud Platform used by hundreds of teams, shaping product strategy and driving delivery with cross-functional peers.

You will own the vision, partner with senior stakeholders, and write user stories with acceptance criteria. You’ll oversee sprint planning and measure success with OKRs in a large retail tech setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management lifecycle and delivery approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership.
• Understanding of infrastructure, platforms, and developer experience.

Responsibilities

Our Infrastructure Cloud Platform Product Teams are the backbone of Tesco Technology, providing the foundations that power everything we do. We design, build, and operate infrastructure products used by all our tech teams-from data centres to stores-managing everything from the ground up. As Tesco accelerates its investment in internally developed products and services, our Senior Product Managers are shaping the next generation of developer experience. Our portfolio spans private and public cloud, connectivity, end-user computing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring toolkits. In this role, you'll lead our Public Cloud Platform, a platform used by hundreds of teams and thousands of developers. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on how one of the world's largest retailers builds and realises technology outcomes. You will be responsible for

• Champion the developer experience for your portfolio -understand your consumers better than anyone and advocate for their needs.
