Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Public Cloud Platform, a backbone used by hundreds of teams and thousands of developers. You will own the product vision, strategy and roadmap, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape the future of cloud-enabled infrastructure across Tesco Technology.

You will champion the developer experience, translate ideas into actionable work, and drive adoption with measurable OKRs while mentoring the wider product team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product teams in infrastructure/cloud environments.
• Proven ability to define and execute a product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and ability to translate business needs into concrete work items.

Responsibilities

• Champion the developer experience across the portfolio.
• Own product vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with Tesco goals.
• Define user personas and pain points; translate ideas into actionable work with acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint and release planning; collaborate with engineering to maximise value.
• Coach and mentor members of the product team.
• Drive adoption and performance using OKRs and data-driven insights.
