Qualifications

• Proven product manager for data-driven products, focusing on ranking or recommendations.
• Experience partnering with data scientists and engineers on ML challenges.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to define KPIs.
• Experience with agile development and data science model development.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and own vision, strategy, and roadmap for ranking/recommendation systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate requirements into algorithms.
• Lead product discovery, including user research and competitive analysis.
• Design and analyze KPIs to measure success and identify optimization areas.
• Prioritize backlog and communicate plans to stakeholders.
• Plan and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
