Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in data-driven products (ranking/recommendations/search/personalization).
• Strong analytical skills with data science or ML experience.
• Ability to influence user behavior through data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for ranking and recommendation systems.
• Analyze user behavior to identify improvements via data analysis and experimentation.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate requirements into algorithms.
• Lead product discovery with user research and competitive analysis.
• Define KPIs and measure success; identify optimization areas.
• Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
• Prioritize backlog and communicate plans to stakeholders.
