Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London are seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead design delivery on a £300m+ mixed-use development, coordinating across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines. The role requires managing consultants and specialist teams to ensure buildable designs and on-time delivery.

You will work closely with the client and project team to maintain programme integrity, review technical information for compliance and drive design excellence on a high-profile regeneration scheme.

Qualifications

• Lead design delivery from pre-construction through to delivery.
• Coordinate information across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Manage consultants, subcontractors and specialist design teams.
• Review technical information for compliance and buildability.
• Identify and resolve design issues and clashes.
