Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Freelance Civils Project Manager to oversee Midlands-based projects. This role requires strong delivery of civil engineering, groundworks, earthworks, and infrastructure works, with responsibility from pre-construction to completion.

You will lead site teams and subcontractors, manage programmes, costs and resources, and ensure safety, quality and client satisfaction, while maintaining robust reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within civils/infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of project delivery and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors.
• Manage programme, costs and resources.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
