Job summary

Wise is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Account Setup team in London. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the onboarding experience for customers worldwide and drive growth across our web and mobile platforms.

You’ll own registration and profile creation while iterating on opportunities to move money without borders faster and more transparently. You’ll collaborate with designers, researchers, developers and analysts to enable informed decisions and high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the registration process, the profile creation process and the rest of the setup process required for customers to start using their Wise accounts.
• Iterate on any aspect of our products across platforms without compromising on transparency.
• Find and iterate on opportunities to grow Wise faster, tracking the conversion rates of new customers globally across all products.
• Work closely with Designers, Researchers, Developers and Analysts to enable the team to make informed decisions and inspire high standards of execution.
• Report to the onboarding product lead and help define your path to having a big impact on the Wise mission.
