Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and execution for FX at-trade workflows across Workspace applications. You will partner with Proposition, Engineering, UX and Delivery to deliver high-value capabilities and measurable outcomes while leading agile squads and managing backlogs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Product Management within FX electronic trading, execution workflows or capital markets platforms.
• Strong understanding of FX execution workflows, market structure and electronic trading ecosystems.
• Experience with RFQ, Streaming and Central Limit Order Book platforms, ECNs and venues, trading algos platforms.
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments, including leading squads and managing product backlogs.
• Strong ability to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and delivery priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology teams.
• Experience partnering with Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product roadmap and execution for FX at-trade workflows and Workspace applications.
• Lead product discovery with clients and stakeholders to identify pain points and shape capabilities.
• Translate needs and market insight into prioritised initiatives and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX and Delivery to define requirements and backlogs.
• Manage backlogs, epics and user stories across multiple squads and streams.
• Make trade-off decisions to maximise value and speed to market.
• Ensure alignment across pre-, at-, and post-trade initiatives for integrated experiences.
• Define success metrics and monitor performance for continuous improvement.
• Engage with Sales and Customer Success to support client engagement and adoption.
