This role blends hands‑on platform engineering with Product Owner ownership to translate stakeholder priorities into a clear backlog and roadmap. You will work with engineers, front‑office stakeholders and IT leadership to keep the platform stable today and shape tomorrow’s

Qualifications

Experience delivering platform engineering with Product Owner ownership.
Ability to translate stakeholder priorities into a clear backlog.
Strong focus on reliability, security and observability.

Responsibilities

Contribute to platform engineering, support and change delivery with focus on stability, reliability, security and operational quality.
Own and prioritise the team backlog, turning needs, debt and risks into actionable work.
Maintain the platform roadmap and align priorities with trading, sales and IT stakeholders.
Analyze incidents and problems, supporting root‑cause analysis and improvements.
Improve observability with monitoring, alerts and SLAs using Prometheus & Grafana.
Drive automation with Azure DevOps, YAML and Ansible to boost repeatability and control.
Support change, release and risk management, ensuring proper planning and evidence.
Provide transparency on capacity and trade‑offs for planning discussions.
