Wise is hiring a Principal Product Manager for the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Squad. You will own live detection standards, collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and compliance officers, and drive a globally-regulated product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Seasoned product manager with large-scale problem solving.
• Experience at Principal or Senior levels (6–10 years).
• Customer-centric approach; regulators and law enforcement as customers in AML context.
• Direct experience with machine learning/LLM or data-heavy products; prefer AML/fraud domains.
• Ability to identify problems from multiple data points and define a roadmap with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set new standards for live detection of hyper-specific, regional crime at scale.
• Collaborate with regional compliance, data scientists, product analysts, designers, and engineers.
• Own the vision and translate it into tangible roadmap building blocks.
• Lead cross-functional teams; drive delivery while managing ambiguity.
