Job summary

Scitech-EKIUM seeks a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to lead end-to-end design and construction projects in regulated environments. You will drive scope, programme, cost, risk controls, and ensure safety and quality compliance while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has PM experience in design and construction, solid knowledge of H&S, quality systems and contractual processes. Degree or PM qualification is required; chartership is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in design & construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, quality systems, programme and cost management.
• Familiarity with contractual processes and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex design & construction projects.
• Manage scope, programme, cost, risk and change control.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients & stakeholders; chair project reviews.
