Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Sr Product Manager for production-scale stirred-tank bioreactor platforms to lead strategy, lifecycle management and commercial success, reporting to the Director of Product Management.

You will drive cross-functional execution with R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Commercial teams, mentor Product Managers, and ensure regulatory and quality governance compliance across global platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (marketing, engineering, science, business administration).
• 7+ years’ experience in product management, product development, marketing, or related field.
• Product Management/Marketing knowledge including market trends/analysis, NPI process, product lifecycle management, product quality investigations and improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of production-scale stirred-tank bioreactor platforms, while guiding Product Managers responsible for day-to-day execution.
• Lead product roadmap development, customer insights, and business case creation to prioritize investments and deliver innovative solutions.
• Drive cross-functional execution with R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams from concept through commercialization.
• Develop portfolio and offering strategies that optimize product positioning and market adoption.
• Ensure product availability, operational excellence, and compliance with quality, regulatory, and commercial governance requirements.
