Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Principal Bioreactor Technology & Industry Leader to guide upstream bioprocess strategy and single-use bioreactor tech development. You will partner with Product Managers and customers, shaping requirements and industry standards.

Role spans cross-functional leadership, publication of technical content, and preparing compelling technical sales tools to enable informed decisions across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Biotechnology.
• Experience in cell culture development and/or manufacturing of protein therapeutics.
• Experience with single-use bioreactors and Xcellerex platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide interdisciplinary product leadership across process, performance, design and documentation while influencing new product requirements and industry standards.
• Support commercial and internal teams during customer technical discussions, contributing to requirements gathering and technical solutions.
• Assist Product Managers in creating technical sales tools, including application notes, reports, publications, and presentations.
• Provide thought leadership through publishing relevant industry content and keeping teams informed of trends and evolving standards.
• Presenting to customers and user groups providing detailed information and generating enthusiasm for the products.
