Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Principal Bioreactor Technology & Industry Leader to drive technical direction in single-use bioreactors and upstream bioprocess requirements at Portsmouth, UK. You will collaborate with Product Managers and customers to shape product strategy and performance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, publish industry content, and create technical sales tools, while traveling up to 20% to engage with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology or Biotechnology.
• Extensive experience in cell culture development and/or manufacturing.
• Experience with single-use bioreactors and cell culture systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide inter-disciplinary product leadership across process, performance, design and documentation.
• Support commercial and internal teams during customer technical discussions.
• Assist Product Managers with technical sales tools, notes and presentations.
• Publish industry content and keep teams updated on trends and standards.
• Present to customers and user groups, detailing product information.
