Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Principal Bioreactor Technology & Industry Leader to drive interdisciplinary leadership across upstream bioprocessing. This on-site role in Portsmouth, UK focuses on single-use bioreactors, process optimization, and industry standards.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, guide technical directions, and contribute to sales tools and publications while leading global cross-functional teams and traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology or Biotechnology.
• Experience in cell culture development and/or manufacturing.
• Experience with single-use bioreactors; Xcellerex platform preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication for technical reports and presentations.
• Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide interdisciplinary product leadership across process, performance, design and documentation.
• Support commercial and internal teams during customer technical discussions.
• Assist Product Managers with technical sales tools and publications.
• Publish industry content and inform teams about trends and standards.
• Present to customers and users groups with detailed information and generate enthusiasm.
