Job summary

William Wilson Limited in Inverness is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor to join our busy trade counter. You will handle customer enquiries, source materials, quote prices and manage special orders to support branch sales.

Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00, you will build strong customer relationships, stay informed on product developments, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and on-time delivery. We offer a competitive package and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing/heating or merchant industry preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and drive branch sales.
• Knowledge of product developments and market trends.
• Team player focused on service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries with solutions, quotes, and special orders.
• Proactively contact customers to build relationships and drive branch sales.
• Keep up-to-date with product developments and industry changes.
• Coordinate with suppliers to source materials and negotiate costs.
• Assist customers at the trade counter with recommendations and quotations.
