Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the Scale Generative AI Platform (SGP) program. You will partner with engineering to accelerate development, translate architectural complexity into execution plans, and drive reliability, security, and performance for global deployments.

You will own end-to-end scoping, architecture design, and production launches, while aligning with executive leadership on progress and risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or software engineering delivering technical platforms or infrastructure.
• Platform/domain experience in core engineering infra, cloud-native ecosystems (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, or distributed systems.
• Foundational understanding of Generative AI infrastructure, including high-throughput data pipelines and GPU/CPU clusters.
• Proven ability to present to and influence executive stakeholders translating complex challenges into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle & Platform Delivery: Lead strategic planning and high-velocity execution for SGP core capabilities from scoping to production launch.
• Cross-Functional GenAI Alignment: Drive execution across systems engineering, Core ML, Research, and Product teams to deliver unified SGP capabilities with architectural consistency.
• Technical Translation & Requirements: Translate infrastructure metrics into actionable roadmaps; map multi-tenancy, data privacy, and isolation into features.
• Risk & Dependency Mitigation: Identify and mitigate technical risks for massive-scale GenAI deployments while maintaining momentum.
• Developer Velocity & Operational Excellence: Establish lightweight agile processes; define SLOs and benchmarks for production-grade reliability.
• Metrics-Driven Adoption: Track adoption metrics, system reliability, delivery forecasts, and bottlenecks for leadership.
