Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Platform team to accelerate development of the Scale Generative AI Platform (SGP).

You will own alignment and execution of infrastructure initiatives, translating architectural complexity into actionable plans while ensuring secure, scalable systems for global deployment. You will partner with engineering, product, and executive leadership to unblock bottlenecks, define SLOs, and drive developer velocity across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Program/Product Management shipping technical platforms.
• Experience with cloud-native infra, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders with clear business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and rapid delivery for SGP core capabilities.
• Coordinate across systems engineering, Core ML, Research and Product.
• Translate infrastructure metrics into roadmaps and platform features.
• Identify and mitigate risks in massive-scale GenAI deployments.
• Define lightweight agile processes and enforce SLOs for reliability.
• Track SGP adoption metrics and report to leadership.
