Job summary

AJ Bell is seeking a Senior Business Development Consultant to grow adviser relationships and drive adoption of Investcentre platform and investment solutions. You will work with regional managers to target firms, manage a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into sustainable new business.

The role requires deep knowledge of the UK adviser market, experience presenting to advisers, and a collaborative approach to support onboarding and development of colleagues. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven platform or investment sales role.
• Proven ability to convert opportunities into new business.
• Strong knowledge of the UK adviser platform market and how adviser firms operate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal new business targets across the platform and investments from engagement to conversion.
• Collaborate with regional BDMs to create and execute focused sales plans.
• Build and develop relationships with new adviser firms and migrate platform opportunities.
• Generate and manage a pipeline through intelligent targeting and proactive engagement.
• Explain platform benefits, MSP and multi-asset solutions in conversations.
• Represent AJ Bell at events and support onboarding of new firms.
• Share knowledge as a platform SME and mentor colleagues.
