Job summary

Olo is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to join its Customer Experience Team. The role focuses on guiding restaurant brands joining the Olo Platform and expanding their tech stack, delivering expert product adoption and cross-functional collaboration across PM, Support and Leadership teams.

You will stay current on product changes, support velocity improvements, and may participate in Professional or Managed Services as needed. This is a fully remote UK position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing customer relationships or project/account management work.
• Experience guiding customers through product adoption and delivering great experiences.
• Ability to self-manage towards deadlines by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience training customer stakeholders on product best practices.
• Familiarity with Loyalty and Marketing SaaS products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of a portfolio of projects with varying complexity across product domains.
• Adapt processes to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication throughout implementation.
• Act as a subject matter expert to guide customers through product adoption efficiently.
• Provide troubleshooting and support during implementations and escalate as needed.
