Olo is a leading restaurant technology platform offering digital ordering, payments, and guest engagement solutions. This fully remote role in the United Kingdom supports customer implementations and integrations, partnering with Project Managers, Technical Specialists, Product Managers, and Support teams.

The Implementation Manager will guide brands through transformative points, provide expert product knowledge, and help shape product offerings while ensuring a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in managing customer relationships or project/ account management.
• Experience delivering customer-focused implementations and integrations.
• Ability to understand and translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with common PM tools and client-facing collaboration.
• Preferred experience with Asana, Jira, Salesforce, Google Suite, and Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of product and platform integration projects and ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and guidance during customer implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Sales) to drive adoption and resolve issues.
• Lead customer training on integration best practices and troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements based on customer feedback.
