Job summary

Ncounter is partnering with a global investment business to hire a senior technologist to drive large-scale engineering and infrastructure initiatives in a high-performance environment.

This isn’t a traditional project manager role: you’ll combine hands-on technical credibility with ownership of scoping, coordinating and delivering cross-team platform programs. You’ll discuss architecture with senior engineers, manage dependencies, and remove blockers to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive platform engineering and DevOps experience across large-scale environments.
• Proven ability to scope, coordinate and deliver cross-team technical initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containers and modern infrastructure.
• Experience discussing architecture with senior engineers and stakeholders.
• Hands-on coding or scripting in Python or Go is a plus.
• Proven track record delivering complex migrations and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across platform and infrastructure initiatives.
• Own scoping, dependencies, and blockers for multi-team programs.
• Communicate architecture decisions with senior engineers.
• Drive large-scale technical change and app/infrastructure rollouts.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and security.
