Job summary

Attio is seeking a Platform Engineer to own the platform’s infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability as the company scales. You’ll implement IaC with Terraform, manage Kubernetes and cloud workloads, and define SLOs to drive reliability and cost efficiency.

You’ll work closely with product engineering to reduce toil, accelerate deployments, and ship robust software. This role offers competitive compensation, equity, and comprehensive benefits in the UK.

Qualifications

• Production systems with an SRE mindset and SLOs
• Experience with modern cloud platforms (GCP or AWS)
• Deep expertise with Docker and Kubernetes at scale
• Proficiency in TS/Go/Python/Rust and automation testing
• Experience owning operational tooling (Datadog, Splunk)

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve platform infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes, GCP)
• Own CI/CD pipelines end-to-end for quick, reliable deployments
• Own observability stack with metrics, logging and tracing
• Define and enforce SLOs for latency and availability
• Lead incident response and blameless post-mortems
• Collaborate with product engineers to reduce toil in production
