Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate foundational services that enable engineers to ship software safely. You will own complex work from inception to production and help shape platform standards and roadmaps.

Responsibilities include operating highly available services, managing multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters, and driving automation across AWS and other cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Deep experience designing, operating, and troubleshooting production infrastructure in AWS.
• Experience administering multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Experience infrastructure as code and cloud-native tooling.
• Strong observability capabilities using Datadog or Prometheus.
• Software-engineering or scripting skills in Python, Go, Java, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and continuously improve highly available platform services.
• Build secure, scalable infrastructure across AWS and other clouds.
• Improve production reliability with SLOs, automated recovery, and incident response.
• Create self-service workflows and platform abstractions for engineers.
• Collaborate to strengthen controls and optimize cloud efficiency.
