Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate foundational platform services across AWS and Kubernetes. You will own complex infra initiatives, create self-service workflows, and raise the bar for reliability, security, and observability.

You’ll partner with Security, Cost Optimization, and R&D teams to shape the platform roadmap and enable engineers to ship safely. We’re looking for hands-on engineers with multi-tenant Kubernetes and Kafka experience, IaC

Qualifications

• Production infra on AWS (IAM, EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC) experience.
• Multi-tenant Kubernetes and Kafka in production.
• IaC and pipeline-as-code with modern tooling.
• Observability design with Datadog/Prometheus.
• Strong software engineering or scripting in Python/Go/Java/Scala/shell.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate foundational platform services across AWS and Kubernetes.
• Own complex infra work from inception to production and influence roadmaps.
• Create self-service workflows and platform abstractions for engineers.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Cost Optimization, and R&D teams to strengthen controls and efficiency.
