Job summary

Qualifications

• FRCS (Plast) required or equivalent.
• GMC Specialist Register in Plastic Surgery or within 6 months of CCT/CCST at time of application.
• Fellowship in orthoplastic/lower limb trauma or equivalent experience.
• Desirable: other specialist fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Undertake clinics, ward rounds and theatre lists as part of routine duties.
• Adhere to a 10PA job plan with annual review.
• participate in a 1 in 4 on-call service (consultant on call from home).
• Support skin cancer referrals and general plastic services; cross-cover in Oswestry as needed.
• Maintain professional standards and undertake teaching and supervision as required.
