Job summary

NEOS Engineering Recruitment are working with a well-established plant hire business to appoint an experienced Service Co-ordinator. You will coordinate engineers, handle customer breakdowns and ensure servicing and repairs are completed efficiently.

The role requires strong planning, clear communication with customers and engineers, and the ability to prioritise multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment. Experience in plant hire or construction equipment is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating engineers or mobile service teams.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and engineers.
• Experience in plant hire or construction equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and scheduling engineers for servicing, maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Allocating engineers based on location and availability.
• Managing engineer diaries and prioritising work.
• Raising and updating job cards and service records.
