SC Johnson Professional is hiring a Plant Manager for the Denby and Little Eaton sites in Derbyshire, UK. You will lead manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and develop high-performing teams to execute the site strategy.

In this role, you will manage budgets and capital expenditure while embedding Lean principles to improve performance and cost effectiveness across both sites.

• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations in regulated environments.

• Experience managing budgets and delivering cost improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe and compliant operations across both Denby and Little Eaton sites.
• Drive safety, quality, service, cost and people performance.
• Align cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
• Develop high-performing teams and talent pipelines.
• Champion Lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Own plant financial performance including budgets and capex.
• Plan for site masterplans and future investments.
