Job summary

SC Johnson Professional® is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations across the Denby and Little Eaton sites. You will drive safe, efficient and reliable production, aligning with Supply Chain priorities and delivering improvements across Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and People.

You will develop and mentor high-performing teams, optimize maintenance, manage budgets, and steer long-term site development with Lean methodologies to sustain competitive performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations in a regulated or high-risk industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability systems and Lean manufacturing practices.
• Experience translating business priorities into site strategies and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe and compliant operations across Denby and Little Eaton sites, meeting safety and quality standards.
• Provide strong site leadership and cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives.
• Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, Reliability and People with a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure manufacturing plans are executed safely, efficiently and reliably while managing challenges and service levels.
• Develop high-performing teams, build talent pipelines and strengthen employee engagement.
• Optimise maintenance and asset reliability, drive preventive maintenance and reduce downtime.
• Own plant financial performance by managing budgets and capital expenditure to improve efficiency.
• Embed Lean principles and shape site masterplans and investment priorities for future needs.
