Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety & Quality Leadership: Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ).
2. Operational Excellence: Drive production efficiency, manage KPIs, and ensure optimal plant performance.
3. Innovation & Improvement: Lead initiatives in lean manufacturing, technology adoption, and continuous improvement.
4. Project Management: Oversee capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
5. Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
6. Team Leadership: Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
