Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Exeter, Devon, is seeking a Planning Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ PQE to handle high-value planning work, infrastructure projects, and development schemes for public and private sector clients.

You will negotiate and draft planning agreements, advise on applications and strategy, and collaborate with the real estate team on development projects, all within a supportive, hybrid-working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning law and related infrastructure work.
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ PQE.
• Experience working with public and private sector clients is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft planning and infrastructure agreements (Section 106, Section 278)
• Advise clients on planning applications, planning strategy and development risk
• Provide support on national infrastructure projects and development consent orders
• Work closely with the real estate team on development projects
