The role covers major development, energy and infrastructure projects, with a UK-wide planning team and cross-referral across Real Estate, Energy & Infrastructure and Construction groups.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in planning law and development consent regimes.
• Ability to handle complex planning matters including CPOs, NSIPs and judicial reviews.
• Experience supporting major infrastructure projects and energy schemes.

Responsibilities

• Work on major development, energy and infrastructure projects within a national planning team.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Energy & Infrastructure and Construction teams on multi-disciplinary matters.
• Advise on planning applications, appeals, DCOs, environmental and highways issues.
