Job summary

You will gain exposure to Development Consent Orders, planning applications and appeals, and Section 106 agreements, with high-value real estate, energy and infrastructure transactions.

Qualifications

• Applications from lawyers with strong planning experience and a commercial approach.
• Exposure to Development Consent Orders, planning applications and appeals.
• Experience with Section 106 agreements and high-value real estate/infrastructure transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advise developers, landowners, investors and infrastructure providers on planning matters.
• Work on Development Consent Orders, planning applications and appeals, and Section 106.
