Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking an experienced Planning Manager/Lead to join our EPC team in Leeds. You will develop, manage and control decarbonisation, energy and infrastructure project programmes, coordinating with Project Managers, Design, Procurement, Commercial and Operations to ensure on-time delivery.

You will lead risk forecasting, resource planning and reporting, with expert use of ASTA Powerproject and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

Experience in Energy Performance Contracting, decarbonisation, M&E or building services projects.
Advanced user of ASTA Powerproject and Primavera P6.
Proven experience managing complex construction, engineering, energy, utilities or infrastructure programmes.
Strong understanding of critical path analysis, programme risk management and recovery planning.
Experience working under NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge constructively and drive accountability.
Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain fully logic-linked project programmes from inception through to completion.
Manage integrated master programmes across multiple concurrent projects.
Produce and maintain cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules.
Monitor progress, identify critical path risks and develop recovery plans where required.
Support NEC3/NEC4 contract administration, compensation events and programme impact assessments.
Lead programme reviews and provide planning expertise to project teams and stakeholders.
Deliver accurate programme reporting, forecasting and performance analysis.
Challenge project teams and subcontractors to improve programme certainty and delivery outcomes.
