Job summary

Fusion People is seeking a Planning Manager / Lead for Energy Performance Contracts (EPC) in Leeds. The role focuses on developing and maintaining robust, logic-linked programmes for decarbonisation and energy infra projects, coordinating with Project Managers, Commercial, Design and Operations teams.

You will manage complex programmes, perform cost-loaded scheduling, and drive programme certainty through proactive risk management and NEC3/NEC4 contract awareness.

Qualifications

• Proven EPC planning experience with decarbonisation projects.
• Strong background in complex construction, engineering, utilities or infra programmes.
• Advanced understanding of critical path analysis and planning controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fully logic-linked project programmes from inception to completion.
• Manage integrated master programmes across multiple concurrent projects.
• Produce cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules.
• Monitor progress and performance against milestones.
• Identify critical path risks and implement recovery plans.
• Support NEC3/NEC4 contract administration and compensation events.
• Lead programme reviews and provide planning expertise to project teams.
• Deliver accurate programme reporting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Challenge teams to improve programme certainty and delivery.
