Job summary

Fawkes & Reece in London is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead programmes for datacentre projects from tender to handover. You will own detailed project programmes and collaborate with pre-construction, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure robust planning across the full lifecycle.

The role requires senior planning experience within Tier 1/2 contractors, proficiency in Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject, and strong communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Planner or Planning Manager within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Developing, managing, and maintaining detailed project programmes from tender through to completion.
• Leading planning input on bids and tenders, ensuring robust and competitive submissions.
• Monitoring progress, identifying risks and opportunities, and advising the wider project team.
• Supporting Project Managers and site teams with accurate planning insights and updates.
• Embedding best-practice planning processes across the business to drive continuous improvement.
