Job summary

th3rdcurve in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Controls Lead to drive delivery of major data centre developments valued at £1B+. You will act as a trusted adviser to clients, providing strategic leadership from early-stage planning through to successful completion.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage risks, shape the organisation's planning and controls capability, and champion the adoption of Primavera P6, supporting the development of a centre of excellence for

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale development projects.
• Extensive experience managing projects through the full development lifecycle.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and the management of complex programme schedules.
• Experience migrating project plans from MSP to Primavera P6.
• Strong governance, reporting and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major data centre developments and complex property projects across full lifecycle.
• Develop, manage and assure integrated project programmes using Primavera P6.
• Provide programme management, project controls and assurance services on high-value projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve programme, cost and quality objectives.
• Identify risks and opportunities; implement mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and develop project management professionals; promote continuous improvement.
