Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Planning Manager for London to drive programmes from tender through to handover on high-profile datacentre schemes. You will collaborate with pre-construction, delivery, and commercial teams to optimise schedules and ensure delivery to the highest standards.

The role requires proven experience as a Senior Planner or Planning Manager in a major contractor, with expertise in Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Planner or Planning Manager within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Developing, managing, and maintaining detailed project programmes from tender through to completion.
• Leading planning input on bids and tenders, ensuring robust and competitive submissions.
• Monitoring progress, identifying risks and opportunities, and advising the wider project team.
• Supporting Project Managers and site teams with accurate planning insights and updates.
• Embedding best-practice planning processes across the business to drive continuous improvement.
