Job summary

AndersElite is seeking a Senior Planner for one of the UK’s high profile design consultancies. The role focuses on producing detailed P6 programmes for diverse infrastructure projects, with monthly and weekly progress updates and a leadership role in schedule development.

You will coordinate with PMOs, design teams and coordinators; produce progress reports such as Earned Value and resource balancing; and liaise with Risk Managers to monitor and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Proficient in the use of P6 and able to produce detailed programmes.
• Experience in Civil/Infrastructure projects and ability to interpret design intent.
• Proven ability to communicate and influence at all levels within an organisation.
• Strong analytical thinking to match activities to processes and ensure compliance.
• Knowledge of best practice and ability to interrogate processes for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed P6 programmes and plans.
• Update progress on a monthly/weekly basis.
• Lead schedule development and review processes.
• Coordinate with PMOs, design teams and coordinators on programmes.
• Produce progress reports (Earned Value and resource balancing).
• Liaise with Risk Managers to assess and reduce risk.
