Job summary

Lanesra Technical Recruitment Ltd is representing a client seeking a Planning Manager to lead project planning on Manchester area schemes. You will ensure realistic timescales, monitor progress and drive performance with the project teams.

The role requires experience in civil and M&E projects, NEC3/4 contracts, and Primavera P6 proficiency, with hybrid working across Hyde or Preston and a salary range of 80–90k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning civil and M&E projects.
• Knowledge of HSE practices and CSCS card holder.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 planning software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update tender and contractual programmes.
• Lead development of construction phase 4D planning.
• Maintain baseline programme and measure progress.
• Identify risks and opportunities in planning process.
• Attend progress meetings and present programmes for review.
• Deliver Primavera P6 training to new users when required.
