Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Lead Senior Planner to lead planning on large-scale Data Centre projects at Ferrybridge. You will supervise the planning team, coordinate with clients, designers and subcontractors, and maintain integrated master schedules across design, procurement, construction and handover.

With 7+ years in planning and project controls, you will apply advanced Primavera P6 skills, implement EVM, monitor progress, drive recovery plans and ensure accurate, timely reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years planning and project controls experience on large-scale construction.
• Expertise in managing complex integrated master schedules.
• Strong knowledge of EVM, progress reporting and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules across design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Lead schedule analysis, critical path review and delay analysis.
• Maintain reporting dashboards, KPI outputs, and lookaheads for clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor Senior Planners and Planning team members; chair meetings and workshops.
• Coordinate inputs from clients, designers and subcontractors to drive alignment.
