AtkinsRéalis UK is seeking an experienced Planning Lead to drive infrastructure projects from London, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and delivering on major schemes. You will lead bids, manage project delivery, and mentor junior staff to build expertise across environments and planning disciplines.

Qualifications

• Relevant Planning degree with RTPI membership desirable.
• Chartered experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading TCPA/DCO/Hwys Act/TWAO projects.
• Strong knowledge of the EIA process and planning policy.

Responsibilities

• Act as Planning Lead on projects across markets.
• Lead in bid preparation and framework responses.
• Manage multi-disciplinary projects and delivery.
• Mentor junior colleagues and planning team leaders.
• Coordinate environmental work including EIA and appraisals.
• Support business growth and client relationships.
