Job summary

WPP Media Limited is seeking an Associate Director, Client Services in the UK to lead client relationships and drive high-quality campaign delivery. This role focuses on building trusted partnerships, managing budgets and margins, and guiding a cross-disciplinary team to achieve best-in-class work.

You will oversee client satisfaction, ensure timely and on-brief delivery, and mentor junior team members while contributing to a high-performance agency culture within a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Solid grasp of all areas of digital marketing, including a deep knowledge of digital media.

Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Leads and manages the campaign delivery process to ensure on-time, on-brief delivery.
• Fosters collaboration across practices to drive best-in-class work and ongoing innovation.
• Identify risks, issues and opportunities across briefs and escalate when needed.
• Lead huddles and weekly client status meetings to align teams and expectations.
