Job summary

PHD is expanding its Planning team with a Senior Planning Executive to support the Chanel team, focusing on the Fragrance & Beauty division. This role offers exposure to luxury brand campaigns and a broad media planning experience across offline and online channels.

You will join a dynamic, ambitious team and gain the tools and knowledge to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, in-office three days per week as per Omnicom policy.

Qualifications

• No prior media experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong numerical aptitude and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for Chanel campaigns.
• Collate and maintain client media plans from MX teams.
• Prepare and present weekly client-facing reports and insights.
• Monitor campaign performance and extract actionable learnings from data.
• Support day-to-day requests and manage administrative queries for the Chanel team.
