Title: Senior Planning Engineer

Location: West London (Hybrid)

Rate: £(Apply online only) per day

An immediate opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planning Engineer with a strong background in M&E works to join a leading main contractor on a major project based in West London.

You will be responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and overall project objectives. You will work closely with project managers, commercial teams, and subcontractors to identify risks, forecast delays, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the programme on track.

Your expertise in Primavera P6 will be crucial in producing accurate reports, progress updates, and scenario planning to support effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage detailed project schedules.
2. Ensure alignment with contractual requirements and project objectives.
3. Identify risks and forecast delays.
4. Implement mitigation strategies.
5. Produce accurate reports and progress updates using Primavera P6.

Required Qualifications:

1. Extensive M&E background and experience managing large subcontractor packages.
2. Excellent NEC contract knowledge.
3. Advanced user of Primavera P6.
4. Strong client-facing skills.

This is a long-term 12-month rolling contract offering a day rate of between £(Apply online only) per day. This is a hybrid role split between West London and remote working.
